3 Time NCAA All American  -  Oklahoma State University


One of the most celebrated wrestlers to ever come out of New Jersey, Luke Skove found continued success on the mats at the collegiate level.  Wrestling for the most decorated college wrestling program in the nation, Oklahoma State University, Skove was a three-time All American taking 5th in 1984, 7th in 1985, and 4th in 1986.

A two-time Big 8 Tournament champion, Skove compiled a career record of 99-26-2.  He was a member of two undefeated teams, and two Big 8 conference champion teams that also featured future Olympic gold medalists Kenny Monday and John Smith.

In high school, Skove put together one of the greatest careers in New Jersey history.  With a career record of 119-1-1, Skove was a three-time NJSIAA State Tournament champion, a four-time Region champion, and a four-time District champion.  He was also named as a member of Wrestling USA Magazine's 1981 National High School Dream Team.
